I huurd that you placed 3rd at w2w (welcome to winter skate contest) this year, how was it?
It was an awsome time! Welcome to winter contests are always so much fun, skating with your homies and shit. It was also dope to see how much the younger kids are improving like Sarah Molder, Jesse Nicols and lil Jordan. But I was bummed you didn’t make it down!

Hahahahaha! What is the skate scene like in Regina? It seems like the QC has been producing some serious talent lately
I love Regina! We have 2 of the best skate parks in Canada. The plaza was built this summer and is so fun. We also have the indoor which is only 3 dollars to skate for the day. Regina has some serious rippers, like Cory Lakeman, ALL the Tapaquons, Fetus, Dave Chapados, Dill, Cory Pryor, Crazyhorse. The list goes on. Our street spots are kind of played out but whatever. That’s what everyone says about there own city. And Tiki Room’s the shit too!

Oh man, it goes back to the days of when I was working at 306, I was reading this interview with Spencer Hamilton and he was saying how he got the nickname Fetus because he looked like Wade Desarmo or somthing, but as I was reading that at the shop, Liam walks in at that very moment and I just called him fetus. I told everyone about the nickname and they thought it was hilarious because he was

You were on the 306 tour this year, how was it? I heard that there was more drama then an episode of the hills
HAHAHA, good one. Fuck I hate The Hills. Um ya it was really fun, we did a demo in Moose jaw, Swift Current, then Saskatoon. In Saskatoon after the demo we had this hip hop after party show planned at Maguire’s. We all got pretty wasted, headed back to the hotel and we were chilling in the room and we all just started fighting HYNX. Then me Mikey Laker and Crispy just left the hotel.We then slept under a bridge and I called my girl to come pick us up because we were hella mad. So after about 3 hours shooting fireworks at cars and sleeping under this bridge my girl got us and on the way back to Regina HYNX realized we went back home so he got hella mad and kicked us all off the team and fired me. Now that I think about it, it was probably one of the stupidest things I have ever done! But I still got respect for the STYNX. aka hynx

Ya it was fucked up.About a week later I talked to Noel at Tiki and he put me on the team. I was super stoked! I have wanted to skate for Tiki since I was a kid!

YES I can hardly wait. Well I’m suppose to go to Barcelona with the Monke team sometime soon. Not sure the plans on that yet. My homie Kenny wants to get a bunch of skaters from all around Canada and film a video. I also want to travel as much as possible. And get some photos too.

Oh, just some kid that claims he has this dope camera setup and shoots skate photos of people like all over the world. Although no one in Regina has ever seen his setup, he holds too it. I think it’s pretty funny though. Me and you have had a few laughs about it hey?

Trill 3, god damn. I can’t wait for it to be finished. Full parts from: Me, Liam Trainor, Jason Tapaquon, Danny Fernandez and Charlie Guenther. It will also have a friend’s part and a Winnipeg Section (so insane). It’s still being edited but should be done within a month or so. We are definatly going to premiere it. It will be a good time. You better make it down for it!
